Jeep’s latest offering, the 2024 Wagoneer, is a testament to luxury and performance. Positioned as a luxury offshoot of the standard Jeep brand, the Wagoneer and its counterpart, the Grand Wagoneer, elevate the driving experience several notches above models like the Grand Cherokee. Available in both standard and extended-length (L) versions, this full-size SUV competes head-to-head with the Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition, GMC Yukon, and Nissan Armada.
The 2024 Wagoneer comes standard with a twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine, as the 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 has been discontinued. This powertrain provides robust performance, though handling can be challenging due to the lack of four-wheel steering, especially in the longer Wagoneer L model.
Notable updates for 2024 include the Series III trim which now features four-wheel drive as standard. It also comes equipped with premium features such as an air-spring suspension system, a head-up display, and a power-folding third-row seat.
Meanwhile, air springs are newly optional on the extended L models but only for Series II and Series II Carbide trims. The front passenger display, previously a standalone option, has been removed from base trims but remains available on the Series II.
For those seeking a blend of luxury and rugged capability, the 2024 Wagoneer is a compelling choice. Learn more about this exceptional SUV at Edson Chrysler.
